Scheduling An Event or Meeting All requests and deposits must be submitted and received at least 2 weeks prior to event in order to be considered for approval. Please submit one request per event/meeting . Saturday events: the building will need to be cleaned and vacated by 3 pm. Events will be approved upon receiving the security deposit. Please keep your group in the reserved area(s). No food or beverages in the sanctuary. SINGLE USAGE FEE SCHEDULE *This is in addition to the $200.00 deposit fee. Fellowship Hall One half day or evening $300.00 Full day, morning and afternoon $500.00 Full day plus evening $750.00 Winter surcharge (if applied) $75.00 Sanctuary A. All other fees are in addition to the contractual amount. Awakening Church reserves the right to refuse any artist, group or outside sound companies. The quoted fee for Awakening Church sound engineer is separate from the quoted price. Sound Engineer available upon request for an additional - $50.00 per hour Member Rates: Member rates are offered when the person making the reservation for the event is an active member of Awakening Church both in the year that the reservation is made and in the year the event is held. Members are prohibited from renting the facility for a non-member in order to receive the member rate/discount. *A half day is equal to four (4) hours *A full day is equal to eight (8) hours The Director of Operations makes the final approval for all events. * Required
